the staff was helpful. they provided information about local attractions. the bed was comfy. i found the simple check in and out process very convenient. it saved time on arrival and departure.
the heating operated on a timer, which sometimes made the room too warm.

The hotel was tidy and clean, which i appreciate. i found parking for my car, a great benefit. the location was decent. It was close to the city centre. shops were conveniently located next door.
the shower temperature was hard to adjust.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, i think that's lovely. the complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. my room was nice and neat.
the room seemed like just a bed pushed against the wall, it was a bit small. the bathroom seemed old, and the shower head holder was broken. the powdered milk for the free tea and coffee was not good.

The building showed a little bit of wear and tear, but this was minor.
